Yes, we offer car rental abroad. To obtain a rental contract, you must register your planned trip. Each renter will receive a written confirmation of approval of the trip. A deposit of at least 20,000 CZK is required for confirmation. All renters are obliged to comply with the traffic regulations of all EU member states and strictly respect the speed limits.
No, there are no advertising stickers on our cars.
We are available for our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We welcome you in our office from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Outside these hours, on weekends and public holidays we are also here for you, but for an emergency surcharge of CZK 1,000.
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of AdBlue and washer fluid. Each vehicle is regularly serviced by authorised garages at the prescribed intervals. Before returning the vehicle, the hirer must ensure that fuel and other fillings are topped up to the original level.
All our vehicles have paid electronic vignette for the Czech Republic. When planning a holiday abroad, we recommend that you check what charges are associated with the use of local motorways before entering each country.
The daily rate is based on the depreciation of the vehicle. This rate includes a standard mileage of 75 kilometres. For longer term rentals, this limit is considered average. If you exceed the total mileage limit, you will be charged for the excess mileage at a predetermined rate. Normal vehicles, such as the Skoda Fabia and Scala, have a rate of CZK 5 for each mile over the limit. If you plan to drive more kilometres, it’s better to add unlimited mileage for CZK 500 and not worry about any limits.
There are no age restrictions! Just have a valid driving licence and you can drive just like anyone else.
We will deliver the car directly to your home for a fee of CZK 1,000, which includes handling the vehicle, fuel costs, our employee’s time and the return taxi journey back to our rental office. Upon delivery, our specialists will be happy to explain the car’s operation, pair your mobile phone with the vehicle and demonstrate everything you need to use it comfortably.
Standard vehicles are always available. For sports cars and convertibles, we recommend booking well in advance, ideally a few weeks before the scheduled date. Similarly, it is advisable to book minibuses in advance during the summer season. In the event of unavailability, please contact our online operator for up-to-date information.
To sign the contract, you need to present two valid forms of identification: a driving licence together with an ID card or passport. In addition, entrepreneurs need to provide an extract from the commercial register.
The deposit is payable upon handover of the vehicle.
A debit card will suffice to block your deposit with us. For rentals of up to five calendar days, we will only block the deposit.
We will send you a bill within 14 days of the return of the vehicle.
The deposit is included in all payments and will be refunded after the final settlement, which will take place within 14 days of the return of the car. If you are in a hurry for the deposit to be returned, please contact us by email to request priority billing.
You can, but you need to make arrangements with us to visit the branch first, so that when you visit us, all of our colleagues are out of the branch. You also need to take into account that the selection of vehicles may be limited. We therefore recommend booking a car through our website.

Of course! Our new vehicles are insured as standard with compulsory third party insurance and full breakdown insurance (all risk). However, we strongly recommend our clients to consider additional insurance with 0% deductible. For example, if the insured damage amounts to CZK 1 million, the 10% deductible is CZK 100,000.
Unfortunately, the insurance does not cover damage to wheels and tires, which fall under the insurance company’s exclusions. Therefore, we advise our clients to use extreme caution when parking at curbs or find a safer place to park.
We do not charge any fees for allowing multiple drivers. Our vehicles can accommodate as many drivers as they can safely fit. We always keep your safety in mind!
All of our vehicles are equipped with the SHERLOG safety system to ensure a restful sleep for our clients.
We always hand over your car clean and disinfected, and we accept it back the same way. To save you the cost and trouble of washing and disinfecting, we provide a significant discount on these services at Automyčka EXPRESS in OC Novodvorská Plaza.
In the event of an accident, whether you are at fault or not, always call the police to document the incident with you. It is important that you photograph or film the entire situation and write up an accident report. If the situation allows, contact us so that we can provide you with support in dealing with this unpleasant event.
